As part of International Women's Rights Day, the ACSO conurbation is launching an audiovisual campaign throughout March to highlight the women who have given their names to streets, squares or buildings in the ACSO area.
Often familiar from our daily journeys, the names that dot public spaces sometimes go unnoticed. Yet behind these street signs lie remarkable careers, strong commitments and major contributions to history, culture, science and social life.
With this campaign, the Conurbation is inviting residents to take a fresh look at their environment. Through a series of audiovisual features broadcast throughout March, discover these inspiring women who left their mark on their era and whose legacy lives on in the heart of our region.
What if, for once, we looked at our streets differently?
