A territorial Observatory on violence against women is a A structure for collaboration between local authority services, local government services and all those working with women who are victims of violence, including professionals and associations.
The Creil Sud Oise conurbation will be launching its observatory this year.
Its creation is based on a strong political will on the part of the local authority and its institutional and association partners. The main objective of the Observatoire territorial des violences faites aux femmes is to monitor the situation and innovate in order to propose concrete, collaborative responses at local level.
