The TI3RS application

On 03 December 2025, as part of the launch of the Observatoire des violences faites aux femmes - un engagement collectif pour mieux protéger et accompagner , we welcomed Eva Ngallé.

A victim of domestic violence and now a separated mother, Eva Ngallé chose to turn her experience into action by creating the TI3ERS application to help other victims. She is one of the creators of TI3RS, a mobile application designed to help parents communicate more securely after a violent separation.

In this video interview, Eva Ngallé talks about the birth of this application and the commitment that drives her: to ensure that no other person goes through the situations she has experienced alone.

An application designed to protect and calm exchanges

TI3RS was born out of discussions with many parents faced with conflictual communication situations after separation. The application acts as a neutral third party, A safe and calm environment for exchanging ideas.

It offers a number of features designed to limit tension and protect victims:

  • a secure and moderated messaging
  • the management of message reception times, so that they can be read at a chosen time
  • a full trading history, that can be used as evidence in a legal context

Thanks to these tools, TI3RS contributes to reduce mental workload, The aim is to reduce the verbal and psychological violence associated with communications, and to facilitate legal action if necessary.

An experiment in Oise with the CIDFF

In partnership with the State, the Oise CIDFF is currently trialling the TI3RS application in the region with women who are victims of domestic violence after separation.

In this context, 40 women, with or without children, can test the application. Visit CIDFF pays for six months' subscriptions, This will enable the tool to be used to its full potential and its impact to be assessed.
