Self-confidence is something you can work on! Here, every woman can find a sympathetic, non-judgemental place to talk freely about the issues that are important to her.
An attentive team is on hand to provide support and guidance for those who need it. Workshops can also be organised, with simple exercises and/or games that are accessible to everyone, to learn how to assert yourself and make the most of yourself!

You can come to Carrefour de femmes (alone or with friends) to talk to other women who may be facing the same problems as you! If you have a project or a need, don't hesitate to tell us about it?
