She is one of the creators of <strong>TI3RS<\/strong>, a mobile application designed to help parents communicate more securely after a violent separation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this video interview, Eva Ngall\u00e9 talks about the birth of this application and the commitment that drives her: to ensure that no other person goes through the situations she has experienced alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"TI3RS application - Eva Ngall\u00e9\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/W4RHswDJlXk?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>An application designed to protect and calm exchanges<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TI3RS was born out of discussions with many parents faced with conflictual communication situations after separation. The application acts as a <strong>neutral third party<\/strong>, A safe and calm environment for exchanging ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It offers a number of features designed to limit tension and protect victims:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a <strong>secure and moderated messaging<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the <strong>management of message reception times<\/strong>, so that they can be read at a chosen time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a <strong>full trading history<\/strong>, that can be used as evidence in a legal context<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to these tools, TI3RS contributes to <strong>reduce mental workload<\/strong>, The aim is to reduce the verbal and psychological violence associated with communications, and to facilitate legal action if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>An experiment in Oise with the CIDFF<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In partnership with the State, the <strong>Oise CIDFF<\/strong> is currently trialling the TI3RS application in the region with women who are victims of domestic violence after separation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this context, <strong>40 women<\/strong>, with or without children, can test the application.
